We use an Express Tracked Shipping Service. You should receive your order within 7 days of it being picked up by the courier here in New Zealand. Issues with customs, the delivery service, or even the weather can extend this.

We ship every parcel from the workshop in New Zealand. International shipping to any country worldwide is $14.95 USD. Domestic shipping within New Zealand is $8.85 USD.

We are unable to mark the shipping value lower than the amount paid. The price you paid when ordering will be the value marked on the package. Any charges or fees you have to pay to customs in your own country are outside our control. We cannot mark items as gifts.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an order is placed on the weekend, this may take up to 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been picked up by our courier, including a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours after pickup to appear on the tracking website.

You will receive an email with tracking details shortly after your parcel has been picked up. If you have not received tracking, chances are your parcel has not been picked up yet. Weekends, public holidays and stock levels can affect this, so allow up to 72 hours from placing your order. Any concerns, contact us via the Contact page.

Customs clearance, weather, even your national postal service can cause delays. We estimate all parcels should be delivered within two weeks of pickup in New Zealand. If yours has not arrived inside that window, check your tracking first. It often gives clues. We will do everything we can to make sure your parcel gets to you safely.
