Three friends & a family recipe

Britton and Cesar grew up on Chicago beef and landed in the same hallway at Xavier. After years of running other people's restaurants, they teamed up with their longtime friend David and built Knuckles from the ground up in the old Emma wine-bar space — no shortcuts, no corporate concept, just three friends betting on themselves in historic Columbia Tusculum.

No shortcuts.
Real beef. Real place.
Real people.
